We're looking for a passionate Head Chef having more than 7 years of experience to lead the kitchen at our brand new café, with a menu rooted in modern Continental cuisine. Opening soon in Gomti Nagar, our café cum pickleball court will bring together the elegance of contemporary café culture with fresh and modern vibe alongside a space to have fun and burn your calories at same time in pickleball match.

We're here to create an experience that feels both timeless and fresh, and we're searching for a Head Chef who shares that vision.

Your Role:

Lead all kitchen operations

Design and execute a standout Continental-inspired menu

Recruit and mentor a passionate kitchen team

Oversee inventory, costing, supplier relationships, and food quality

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

Collaborate closely with café owners and front-of-house team on service strategy

You Bring:

Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, ideally in Continental kitchens.

Strong understanding of classic Continental dishes, plating, and flavour profiles

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to run a kitchen of any size efficiently and resourcefully — from prep to plating

Creativity, calm under pressure, and commitment to consistency

Nice to Have:

Experience opening a new café or restaurant

Pastry or baking skills (think tarts, croissants, and cakes)

Interest in sustainability or sourcing locally

What We Offer:

45k-50K per month salary(5,40,000 - 6,00,000 yearly).
