Job Opportunity:
- Oversee and coordinate multiple projects within operational risk management, encompassing internal control assessments, development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies, third-party risk management, incident response and reporting, loss data analysis, and business continuity planning for financial institutions.
- Conduct thorough reviews and validations of existing frameworks, policies, procedures, and risk and control matrices to ensure theoretical soundness, effective testing design, and identification of control weaknesses.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive approach to assessing key areas under review, including assessment methodology, underlying assumptions, and associated limitations in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute testing, interpret results, and present findings in a clear and concise manner, producing high-quality documentation that supports sound decision-making.
- Minimum 5-12 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as CA or MBA.
- Project management and operational risk management certifications are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with GRC tools like MetricStream or SAP GRC is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
