We are seeking a skilled Compliance Risk Manager to oversee our organization's compliance programs, manage external certifications, and ensure the security of our systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audits, policy management, risk assessment, and fraud risk in payment products. They will be responsible for leading SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other relevant audits, coordinating with external auditors, regulators, and certification bodies, and maintaining compliance documentation and evidence.

Responsibilities:
  • Audit & Certification Management: • Lead SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other relevant audits.
  • Customer & Regulatory Compliance: • Respond to customer security questionnaires and due diligence requests.
  • Governance & Policy Management: • Develop, update, and enforce information security and compliance policies.
  • Risk & Fraud Management: • Conduct risk assessments across business units and products.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field is required. Professional qualifications such as CPA, CISA, CISM, or CRISC are highly valued. A Master's degree in information security, Risk Management, or MBA is preferred.

Certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) are preferred.

5-7 years of experience in information security, risk, compliance, or audit roles is required. Strong experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulatory compliance is essential. Exposure to fraud risk management in payments/fintech is preferred.

Strong knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOC) is required. Excellent communication skills to handle customer and auditor interactions are essential.
