Enterprise Risk Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that oversees the organization's risk management function and ensures the development and implementation of a robust enterprise-wide risk management framework.

Main Responsibilities
  • Risk Management Framework: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Internal Control System: Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify, evaluate, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies; develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.
  • Risk Registers: Maintain Risk Registers (RCSA) to track and monitor risks across the organization.
  • Business Process Review: Conduct regular review of current business processes, identify control gaps and deficiencies, and develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and maintain Enterprise Risk Policy to reflect changing regulatory requirements and scenarios.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports for senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders as required.
Educational Qualifications
  • Graduate Degree: A graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution. Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or CBCP are highly desirable.
Experience
  • Similar Role: 4-8 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the risk management function.

  • Exchange Ecosystem: Strong knowledge and understanding of exchange ecosystems and operations.
Functional Competencies
  • Risk Management Principles: Excellent knowledge of risk management principles and frameworks.
  • Risk Identification and Management: Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage risks effectively.
  • Control Frameworks: Strong knowledge of control frameworks and the ability to design and evaluate the effectiveness of controls.
  • Risk Governance Standards: Knowledge of risk governance standards such as COSO and Basel Corporate Governance Principles.
