Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Vendor Risk Management Specialist, focusing on evaluating vendor risks and ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory guidelines.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments of vendors through due diligence and monitoring their relationships to ensure alignment with internal risk policies.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Conducting comprehensive vendor risk assessments, utilizing GRC platforms to track, assess, and report on vendor risks.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to remediate identified risks and implementing measures to mitigate potential threats.
  • Preparing in-depth reports and dashboards highlighting risk metrics and compliance status, providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Supporting the development and continuous improvement of our Vendor Risk Management framework, policies, and processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Vendor Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance roles.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess vendor controls, contracts, and compliance posture, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
