
Senior Sales Growth Manager

The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, driving growth and exceeding sales targets.
An ideal candidate will possess strong experience in establishing and meeting sales goals, as well as forecasting revenue. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and implementing business expansion plans, new initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
- Designing and executing sales campaigns to achieve and surpass sales target attainment, while expanding the customer base in support of our growth strategy.
- Nurturing and engaging leads/prospects, converting them into qualified opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing and Presales teams to generate and qualify new leads.
- Tracking and managing all opportunities for potential sales across the pipeline.
A strong understanding of business acumen, solid communication skills, and good knowledge of the industry are essential.
Must-Have Skills:- 10+ years of experience in direct selling and sales management roles, with a strong track record in sales target achievement.
- Proven ability to meet Sales Targets year on year, with a desire to grow the business in multiple verticals.
- High level of motivation and articulation in presenting the company's offerings.
