The Business Growth Leader will drive admissions and revenue, fostering a culture of teamwork and discipline. Key responsibilities include delivering admission targets, executing marketing strategies, leading sales teams, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and effective communication.
- Develop and execute campaigns to increase brand visibility and student enrollments.
- Monitor performance metrics, track results, and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
- Oversee coordination between Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Post-sales teams.
- Analyze data, identify new opportunities, and share reports with senior leaders.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in Sales & Marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, or related fields.
- Expertise in campaign management & lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong leadership, people management & problem-solving abilities.
