Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to increase brand visibility and student enrollments.
  • Monitor performance metrics, track results, and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
  • Oversee coordination between Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Post-sales teams.
  • Analyze data, identify new opportunities, and share reports with senior leaders.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in Sales & Marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in EdTech, Education, or related fields.
  • Expertise in campaign management & lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership, people management & problem-solving abilities.
