Key Account Builder
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Builder to join our team. As a Key Account Builder, you will be responsible for building and retaining key IT services and staffing accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in client relationship/account management or business development in IT services/consulting or IT staffing. They will have a proven track record of revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills.
The successful candidate will also possess contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure and working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles.
Responsibilities include:
- Own key accounts: farming + selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)
- Translate client goals to delivery plans; ensure SLA adherence and quality
- Manage SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand; improve time-to-fill
- Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts; flag risks and drive resolutions

Requirements include:
