Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • You will learn about our product and service offerings and develop strategies to incorporate them into client solutions.

  • Develop and review proposals based on interactions with stakeholders.
  • Giving product demonstrations and answering prospect queries.
  • Assist clients through each step of the post-sales process and help resolve concerns or questions they may have.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with new prospects and existing customers.
  • Create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, KPIs, goals, and obstacles.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal network.
Requirements
  • Experience in cyber security.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing customer relationships and driving satisfaction and retention.
  • You're a team player who gels well in a team.
  • Technology enthusiast with knowledge of new innovations.
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve services to clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
