Job Description:

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for meeting with ophthalmologists to discuss and showcase our company's innovative products and solutions. You will strive to build strong relationships with these professionals, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Conduct customer market development activities as directed by HO
  • Manage and maintain a database of consultant ophthalmologists, institutions, and hospitals
  • Conduct product discussions, customer education, retail audits, and distribution system monitoring
  • Implement marketing initiatives as directed by the company

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of prior successful sales experience in the Pharmaceutical/Helathcare Industry
  • Excellent communication, selling, and in-clinic detailing skills
  • Ability to grasp specialty pharma products and understand niche market segments
  • Self-motivated individual with demonstrated planning and analytical skills
