Job Overview:

  • Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of catering sales to meet revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate local corporate and social catering business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive coordinated sales efforts.
  • Identify and pursue new catering business prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts using creative selling techniques.
  • Develop menus that drive sales.
  • Manage operational aspects of catering sales, including proposals, contracts, and customer communication.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years of experience in sales/marketing, guest services, or related fields; OR
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no prior work experience required.
