Job Title: Government Project Sales

We are seeking an experienced Government Sales Professional to lead our sales efforts in the government sector. This is a highly rewarding role that requires strong relationships with government agencies and stakeholders, as well as a deep understanding of government projects and tenders.

  • This position involves managing government projects from tendering to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to pursue new business opportunities in the government sector, identifying areas of growth and expansion.
  • In collaboration with internal teams, you will ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients, providing technical expertise on government liaison, government sales, and corporation affairs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role in the engineering & construction industry.
  • A strong understanding of government projects (PWD), railways, CPWD) tenders & contracts, with excellent tendering skills and ability to prepare winning proposals.
  • A proven track record of building successful client relationships at senior levels, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
