About the RoleDeveloping and implementing high-impact performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels is crucial for driving growth and maximizing ROI. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing campaigns that deliver tangible results.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliate marketing, and other relevant platforms to drive conversions and revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization, ensuring continuous improvement and maximized ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to refine and enhance campaign performance.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve cost-per-acquisition targets, aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and analytics to synchronize marketing efforts with overall business goals and strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to maintain expertise and innovation.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on deep data analysis, guiding them on how to optimize their marketing strategies and improve business outcomes.
- Work closely with internal product and engineering teams to shape new features and enhancements, driving product innovation and competitiveness.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliate marketing, and other relevant platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
