Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing paid marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that drive business growth and exceed performance expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Meta Ads and Google Ads. They will be responsible for conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Conduct regular data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with the company's brand voice and aesthetics.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other performance tools.
