Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various channels.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns with a proven track record of delivering return on ad spend (ROAS) and scaling campaigns profitably. They should also have strong communication and client-facing skills, as well as the ability to guide clients strategically and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention.
  • Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV).

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills — you can explain data and strategy clearly.
  • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • A high-ownership mindset — you take initiative and ensure results.
  • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
  • Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time.
