Job Title: Client Servicing Executive
About the Role:We are looking for a skilled professional who can excel in client relationship management and possess 360° Digital Marketing knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships by understanding their marketing goals and ensuring effective execution of strategies across all digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements, create briefs, and coordinate with internal teams for execution of digital campaigns including SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Website Management.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports to clients.
- Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management.
- Strong understanding of 360° digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
