About Our Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our clients' businesses. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, with experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role, as you will be required to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to inform your strategies.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be a creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, and will be expected to lead client calls and present data insights and performance updates.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve client goals
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
  • Develop and implement experiments to optimize campaign performance
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics and other KPIs
  • Collaborate with the team on creative ideation for ad creatives and video content
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and ensure their successful execution
