Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a high-performing marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategy-driven campaign execution using programmatic ads and media buying.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Design and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and report campaign performance regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic ads, media buying).
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.
