Job Title: Business Development – Essential Oil

We are seeking a leader to build and expand our business and team globally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth in the Essential Oil division for fragrances sector.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Develop marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Aroma chemical, essential oil, F&F blend/base/formulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant years of experience in sales and marketing within the Essential Oil's division for flavors and fragrances industry.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
