Job Opportunity: Senior Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our Compliance team.

  • This role involves supporting the Compliance team in managing inward and outward SEBI correspondences, tracking and escalating communications, maintaining PO/DD lists, monitoring FIU Alerts, and disseminating guidelines to members.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage inbound and outbound SEBI communications effectively.
  2. Track and escalate SEBI communications in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain accurate lists of Payment/Deposit (PO/DD) from members.
  4. Monitor FIU Alerts and disseminate relevant guidelines to members promptly.
  5. Organize and manage Prevention of Money Laundering (PML) compliances efficiently.
  6. Provide administrative support and assistance in high-impact compliance initiatives as needed.
  7. Handle documentation of correspondence between the Exchange and SEBI professionally.
  8. Manage the custody of agreements/undertakings with care.
  9. Draft Board Agendas accurately.
  10. Provide administrative support and assistance to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).

Requirements:

  • A postgraduate degree from a reputable institution/university is required.
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience are necessary.
  • Adequate knowledge of regulatory functions is essential.
  • Administrative support skills are crucial.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is expected.
  • A high level of attention to detail is required.
  • A process-driven approach is necessary.
  • A high degree of integrity is expected.
  • Responsiveness is key.
  • Effective communication and attentiveness are vital.
