About the Role

The Business Associate will be responsible for defining revenue and profit goals, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and running a tight operating cadence that balances scale with unit economics.

  • Defining revenue and profit goals
  • Designing and implementing growth strategies across segments, offerings, geographies, and partnerships
  • Creating an experimentation engine to drive rapid learn–decide–scale cycles
  • Prioritizing features and internal tools that improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization
  • Orchestrating channel strategy and lifecycle communication
  • Aligning capacity, SLAs, and processes to convert demand reliably and drive throughput

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or startup strategy roles
