About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Business Development:
  • Lead initiatives to explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances.
  • Drive the development of new markets, products, and services.
  • Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures to support strategic growth.
Market Analysis and Forecasting:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to anticipate industry shifts and emerging trends.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict market demand, competitive dynamics, and growth potential.
  • Provide strategic insights to the executive team based on data-driven analysis.
Operational Alignment:
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated into operational plans.
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Provide guidance to cross-functional teams involved in strategic projects.
  • Ensure that teams are equipped with the skills and resources needed to achieve objectives.
Financial Analysis and Budgeting:
  • Develop and manage budgets for strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Analyze the financial impact of strategic decisions and provide recommendations to optimize profitability.
  • Present strategic plans and financial forecasts to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and industry associations.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote its strategic vision.
  • Communicate strategic plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in strategic roles, preferably within the industry or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Leadership skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse teams.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
