Financial Leadership Role

The Regional Accounting Manager will work closely with the Regional Controller to ensure accurate and timely monthly close of books for regional offices. The role requires strong accounting and analytical skills, with experience in financial reporting and audits.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely and accurate monthly close;
  2. Produce consistent and accurate supporting schedules and reconciliations;
  3. Review and ensure compliance with US GAAP and TNS's financial policies;
  4. Support donor, statutory, and organizational audits;
  5. Analyze financial data and communicate critical financial matters;
  6. Work closely with country offices and home office to ensure reconciliation of intercompany transactions;
  7. Record and review journal entries and accrue expenses;
  8. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and assist in updating financial processes and policies.
