Role Summary:

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team at Tata AIA Life Insurance. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and account management, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include managing and developing retail broking partnerships to create value and business, maintaining long-term relationships with retail partnerships, and ensuring compliance to internal processes and policies.

Key Result Areas:

  1. Sales: Achieve sales targets as per plans and maintain persistency as per plan.
  2. Relationship Management: Ensure zero escalations and maintain partnership mindshare.
  3. Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance to internal processes and policies.
  4. MIS: Provide business reports.

Skills Required:

Technical: Good communication skills, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Behavioral: Excellent interpersonal skills, creative thinking, supervising, leadership, teamwork, influencing, relationship building, and decision-making skills.

Incumbent Characteristics:

Essential: Graduate, MBA, 2-4 years of experience in partnership management, 3 years of experience in sales/PM, and age 25-30 years.

Desired: Same as essential, plus additional skills and experience.
