Job Title:

Senior Education Director

Overview:

The Senior Education Director will serve as the chief academic and administrative leader, driving excellence in education through strategic leadership, faculty development, and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership in curriculum development, instructional methods, and academic planning. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote research, publication, and innovation among faculty and staff.
  • Administration & Governance: Oversee day-to-day operations, including schedules, admissions, and examinations. Supervise faculty recruitment, training, and performance, maintain discipline and grievance resolution, and uphold institutional standards.
  • Quality & Accreditation: Lead quality enhancement initiatives, drive accreditation processes for NAAC, NBA, and other accrediting bodies. Implement continuous improvement in academics and infrastructure.
  • Student Development: Foster extracurricular, co-curricular, and skill-building activities. Ensure effective student support systems, including mentorship, counseling, and career guidance.
  • Industry & Community Engagement: Establish partnerships with industry, universities, and research organizations. Strengthen alumni relations and community outreach programs.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Manage budgets, resource allocation, and optimal utilization of funds. Oversee infrastructure development and maintenance.

Qualifications & Experience: A Master's Degree from a recognized institution, a Ph.D. in a relevant field, minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience, including 5 years in an administrative/leadership role.
