Examination Director

The role of the Examination Director is pivotal in ensuring the seamless conduct of examinations, assessments, and related academic processes align with university regulations and statutory requirements.

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and conduct of all university examinations (semester, end-term, supplementary, etc.).
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and fairness in the examination and evaluation process.
• Supervise result processing, grading, and timely declaration of results.
• Develop and update examination policies, guidelines, and administrative procedures.
• Coordinate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative teams for streamlined examination management.
• Implement digital tools and technologies to modernize the examination system.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory norms regarding examinations and assessments.
• Address student grievances related to exams and results in a transparent and time-bound manner.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and mentor the examination team for operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Mastery in Higher Education Administration with a Master's degree and strong academic credentials (PhD desirable).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in examination management, preferably in higher education institutions/universities.
• In-depth knowledge of examination systems, evaluation methods, and academic regulations.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in ERP/systems for examination management.
