Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 0-6 years old.

This includes leading a high-performing sustainable childcare and education business with a motivated and self-directed team, maintaining the highest standards of behaviour across the setting consistent with the HEART principles, and coaching staff to achieve their full potential.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will ensure high-quality care and education, maintain internal 'green' audits and external 'good, excellent or outstanding' regulatory assessments, and develop and execute a nursery strategy to outperform people, quality, and growth KPIs.
