Senior User Experience Designer Job Description

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our products and services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of user experience and accessibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing user interfaces for internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile applications, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in development from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking down design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest standards, changes, trends in mobile design field.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in user experience design.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Banking experience is preferable.
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications.
  • Experience with User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Agile, Scrum environment experience.
  • Deep understanding of human interface design guidelines, Android design, other mobile platform designs.
  • Expert level skills in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools.
  • HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, AngularJS experience.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, ability to show work.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
