Program Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee our Post Graduate Program in Applied Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with industry leaders. A passion for education and a commitment to outcome-oriented learning are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a transformative learning experience that aligns with industry standards
  • Collaborate with industry leaders and mentors to design the curriculum
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless student experience
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the program
  • Monitor and track performance metrics
  • Organize events and initiatives at campus to enhance student involvement
  • Promote student engagement by encouraging active participation in clubs and campus activities

Requirements:

  • MBA degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience managing internal/external stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in program management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students/employees, faculty/mentors, and external partners
