To achieve this goal, we need a sales professional with a passion for the digital media industry. As the Digital Sales Director, you will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize market penetration and drive revenue targets.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, you will identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team in acquiring new clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in business administration or a related field, along with 15+ years of experience in digital sales and branded content. You will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team in acquiring new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in digital sales and branded content
  • Strong understanding of the Indian digital media landscape and advertising trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
