• Main Responsibilities:

• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across financial products
• Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk guidelines

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the equity market
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
