Job Title

We are seeking a Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager to lead and expand the inbound marketing efforts for Compliancely.

This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting revenue growth in the U.S. B2B market, particularly in the vendor verification and onboarding sector.

About Us

Compliancely is a real-time business and identity verification platform designed to streamline vendor onboarding and ensure compliance.

We offer automated solutions for TIN matching, KYB, KYC, and other critical checks, enabling businesses to minimize risk and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive inbound marketing strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads through content marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and informative content that addresses the needs of our target audience, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the Compliancely website.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and tracking performance metrics.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies and positioning.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5–8 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies, with a focus on the U.S. market.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with vendor verification, compliance, and onboarding processes is highly desirable.
  • Skillset:
    • Proven track record in developing and executing successful inbound marketing campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
    • Excellent analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
    • Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
