Center Manager Role Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Learning Center.

  • The ideal candidate will be able to establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to enhance sales skills.
  • Continuously improving the sales process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing streamlined approaches for greater efficiency.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Maximize conversion leads to enrollments through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other key metrics to inform senior management's strategic decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within the center sales operations.
  • Develop strategies with franchisees and instructors to drive learner outcomes and referrals.

Additional responsibilities include working closely with senior faculty, freelancers, and global industry leaders to develop educational content across all levels. You will also act as a bridge between franchise partners and our internal team, ensuring franchise adherence to brand standards, policies, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish key performance indicators and regularly evaluate performance to enhance sales abilities.
  2. Conduct ongoing analysis of the sales process and implement efficient solutions.
  3. Foster positive customer relationships to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
  4. Strategically convert leads into enrollments.
  5. Coordinate marketing efforts with the marketing team to boost brand visibility and sales.
  6. Produce regular reports outlining sales performance and enrollment data.
  7. Comply with company regulations and adhere to established quality standards.
  8. Partner with franchisees and instructors to drive successful learner outcomes and referral initiatives.
