Job Title: Director of Operational Excellence

Key Responsibilities:

The Director of Operational Excellence oversees day-to-day office activities, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires expertise in Office Operations Management, Interdepartmental Coordination, and Process Optimization.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure proper functioning of departments, supervise administrative processes, and implement process improvements.
  • Team Leadership & Task Allocation: Allocate tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure team members are supported and resourced.
  • Process Development & Implementation: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standardize document control, filing systems, and reporting formats, and implement process enhancements.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Review reports from departments, prepare consolidated dashboards, and monitor internal KPIs.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
    • 8–12 years in office operations, administration, or general management
    • Strong multitasking, coordination, decision-making, and organizational skills
    • Basic understanding of HR, Admin, Procurement, Finance, and Project Coordination
    • MS Office Suite, Task Management Tools (Asana, Trello, ERP, etc.)

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential for this role. Additionally, experience with Task Management Tools such as Asana, Trello, or ERP software is desirable.
