As a seasoned operations leader, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by leading our operations team. This role requires a strong background in managing teams, coordinating with cross-functional groups, and resolving issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in:

  • Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and maintaining excellent quality standards
  • Cross-functional coordination with installer teams, vendor teams, category teams, and product teams to facilitate issue resolution
  • Developing people management skills to empower team members and hire top talent
  • Enforcing adherence to defined process SOPs and standards
  • Driving customer move-in timeline adherence, CSAT score, and quicker resolution of customer escalations

The successful candidate will have a degree from a reputable institution such as NIT or IIM, along with 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations in similar industries. Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and structured thought process are essential for this role.

You will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
