Lead Program Director Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Program Director to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and managing end-to-end programs, fostering collaboration with global stakeholders and teams.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, leadership, and communication. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive program plans, ensuring smooth transitions, and effective stakeholder communication. Additionally, you will lead the establishment of best practices and operational frameworks within the organization, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, ensuring project goals and objectives are aligned.
  • Conduct due diligence, identifying opportunities for centralization and streamlining delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in leading process migrations, program management, and change management.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in leading multiple projects within organizational constraints.
  • Understanding program management methodologies and best practices.
