Digital Manufacturing System Leader

Job Summary:

This role encompasses the leadership of end-to-end diagnostics across various production facilities and supply chains, with a focus on enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cost-reduction programs, leveraging methodologies such as Lean and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), to drive business value and improve operational excellence.

A key aspect of this position is the development of Industry 4.0 roadmaps, encompassing the integration of advanced technologies like IoT, edge computing, and digital twins, to optimize manufacturing processes and drive innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners to deliver high-impact results.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead End-to-End Diagnostics – Develop and implement diagnostic tools and methodologies to identify areas of improvement and optimize production processes;
• Design Cost-Out Programs – Create and execute cost reduction initiatives using Lean and TPM principles to drive business value;
• Shape Industry 4.0 Roadmaps – Develop strategic plans for the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, edge computing, and digital twins, to enhance manufacturing capabilities;
• Build Business Cases – Develop compelling business cases to justify investments in Industry 4.0 initiatives and other areas of improvement;
• Orchestrate Multi-Workstream Programs – Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and budgeted completion;
• Coach and Manage Teams – Provide guidance and support to team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute to organizational success.
