Job Description:

You'll be part of our transformation under GenpactNext, leading the shift to domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients.

You'll drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, expanding across service lines.

Your expertise in agentic AI will enable you to develop strategic relationships, facilitate goals, and objectives with operating leaders, and lead blueprints for new business awarded to us.

The role requires strong project and people management experience, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex finance & accounting blueprints with many countries/ regions in scope.
  • Lead RFX submissions for new customers.
  • Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise.
  • Lead business meetings with potential new clients for us as part of sales cycles.
  • Refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework.
  • Manage project engagement balancing organization profit and long-term client opportunity.
  • Coordinate with our teams on various project management related activities.
  • Develop our product offering in line with industry changes.
  • Implement Digital SEP projects.
  • Stay current on IFRS, GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and other industry specific policies and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum years of experience in a relevant field and relevant companies (preferably BPO/SSC environment).
  • Strong project and people management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of our organization and customer organizations.
  • Professional qualification and/or experience in technical accounting sphere represents an advantage.
