Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Affinity Transformation Coach to lead large-scale Agile transformations for our clients.
  • As an expert in Agile methodologies, you will be responsible for creating transformation roadmaps, establishing OKRs, and facilitating program-level Agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transformation Roadmap Creation: Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps that align with client goals and objectives.
  2. Agile Maturity Assessments: Conduct assessments to determine current Agile maturity levels and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. OKR Establishment: Establish Objectives and Key Results at the portfolio, ART, and team levels to ensure alignment with business goals.
  4. Agile Ceremonies Facilitation: Facilitate program-level Agile ceremonies, including virtual collaboration tools, to ensure smooth execution.
  5. Value Stream Analysis: Analyze value streams to identify areas for improvement and optimize flow for better customer value delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 8-10 Years of Experience: Proven experience in Agile transformation and delivery, with a focus on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector clients.
  • Agile Methodologies Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LEAN Agile, and DevOps approaches.
  • Leadership and Coaching Skills: Excellent leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire change in organizational culture.
