Job Description:
  • Lead a team of Scrum Masters and provide guidance on Agile best practices, problem-solving, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in Agile delivery processes.
  • Develop strategic improvement plans to enhance team performance and delivery effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across products, promoting innovation and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and report on transformation progress, ensuring measurable outcomes align with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Agile experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in agile transformation, coaching, or a related leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and a track record of driving successful Agile delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certification in Agile coaching or Scrum is highly preferred.
Job Expectations:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Scrum Masters.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic improvement plans to enhance team performance and delivery effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across EDP products.
  • Monitor and report on transformation progress.
