Marketing & Operations Intern

Duration
: This internship is full-time and will last for 6 months.

: HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing and Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing initiatives and assist in planning and executing events. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and eager to learn about marketing and event management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
:


• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Coach-To-transformation, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.


• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify growth opportunities.


• Support the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee management.


• Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.


• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events.


• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.

Requirements
:


• Bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Previous experience in marketing or event management is a plus but not required.
