This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and is an astute learner. You'll work closely with the Area Manager and get real exposure to how India's fastest-growing QSR brand operates and scales.

What you'll do

  • Run daily store operations with full ownership and accountability.
  • Lead and train teams to maintain top-notch service, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Solve on-ground challenges quickly — from staffing to stock or service issues.
  • Track store performance, analyze insights, and share updates with the Area Manager.
  • Ensure SOPs are followed, speed is maintained, and every customer leaves with a smile.

Education and Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in F&B, QSR, or hospitality operations (preferred).
  • Freshers welcome if you bring strong initiative, leadership potential, and a hunger to learn.
  • Hospitality graduate (preferred) or someone who loves working with people and leading from the front.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and unafraid to take responsibility.
  • Great communicator, calm under pressure, and driven by growth.
