Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a CS Trainee, located in Bengaluru. The CS Trainee will be responsible for assisting with company secretarial services, including handling company incorporations, compliance monitoring, drafting resolutions, and maintaining statutory records. The role involves daily communication with clients, preparing for board meetings, and ensuring practices align with regulatory requirements. The CS Trainee will also assist in filing forms and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Company Law and Secretarial Practices
  • Skills in Compliance Monitoring, Drafting Resolutions, and Maintaining Statutory Records
  • Proficiency in Handling Company Incorporations and Filing Forms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant experience or internships in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or related field
