Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Events Coordinator to join our team at Accor. As an essential member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing the accounts of all events, planning and coordinating event logistics, developing relationships with prospective clients, and ensuring seamless coordination with all departments.

In this role, you will work closely with our events team to deliver exceptional event experiences that meet and exceed our guests' expectations. Your ability to anticipate and focus attention to guest needs will be essential in building strong relationships and driving business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 6-7 years of work experience, with at least 1 year of prior relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of market analysis processes and concepts.
  • Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
