Strategic Business Partner

The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to shape business strategy, monitor progress, and provide oversight on key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic business growth.
  • Apply expertise in investment banking and capital markets to assess opportunities and risks.
  • Participate in high-level meetings to review developments and progress.
  • Develop and maintain reports on the status of ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Advise on deal structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies.
  • Support decision-making on investments, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in strategic partnership development and deal execution.
  • Strong network of contacts across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
