Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic and operational financial objectives of our business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, including revenue projections, cost profiles, and subsequent margin projections.
  2. Analyze variances between actual results and forecasted values to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and present executive-level reporting packages, including dashboards and presentations, to internal stakeholders.
  4. Perform advanced financial modeling and analysis to support business decision-making.
  5. Cross-functionally collaborate with stakeholders to drive change initiatives and achieve desired financial outcomes.
  6. Manage regular financial cadences, including revenue submissions, price increase schedules, and cost action timeliness.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and establish yourself as a trusted finance partner.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate in PowerPoint.
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN OR EXPOSURE TO ERP TECHNOLOGIES (E.G., MICROSOFT DYNAMICS), CRM (E.G. SALESFORCE), AND BI TECHONOLOGIES IS A PLUS (E.G., TABLEAU, POWER BI).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills to effectively present financial insights.
