Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our growth initiatives and drive sustainable innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of unlocking growth capital and crafting compelling business models that showcase unique value propositions.

This is a partner-level position with real ownership and responsibilities, including building an investment story, converting trust into a repeatable investor pipeline, and driving long-term growth.

  • Develop a robust business model and investor-grade collateral for FICO and FOCO offerings.
  • Own the capital raise process, including activating your network, running investor meetings, and closing deals.
  • Build a repeatable engine for outreach, investor relations, and follow-ups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A credible investor network among HNIs/family offices and ability to convert it.
  • Scaled investment-heavy plays or led capital formation experience.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable narratives.
  • Strong references and reputation for closing deals without noise.
