• We're seeking an innovative Growth Engineer to lead our Go-to-Market automation stack and bring engineering expertise to sales & marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop automation pipelines for prospecting, lead enrichment, and outreach (Python + tools like n8n/Zapier).
• Integrate AI APIs (LLMs, embeddings, classifiers) into GTM workflows for personalization & lead scoring.
• Automate discovery + engagement on , Reddit, and other channels.
• Clean & model data to support ICP design, segmentation, and growth analytics.
• Rapidly experiment with growth hacks → prototype, measure, iterate.

• 1–3 years experience in automation engineering, growth ops, or data engineering.
• Strong in Python, APIs, and data wrangling (SQL/Pandas).
• Hands-on with workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) + integrations (HubSpot, Apollo, Slack, , etc.).
• Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) a big plus.
• Startup mindset: scrappy, fast, outcome-oriented.

• Ownership of Niti's GTM automation stack.
• Direct impact on pipeline, SQLs, and revenue.
• Mentorship from founders (ex-Uber, Amazon, Microsoft).
• Career growth into Head of Growth Engineering / AI Automation Lead.
