This is an exceptional opportunity to work as a key contributor in driving sales growth and enhancing the customer experience. As an Enterprise Sales Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our senior leadership team by managing daily interactions with prospective customers, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, and providing operational support to close deals efficiently.
- Customer Engagement & Scheduling:
• Engage daily with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate meetings and calls for senior leaders with prospects and partners, ensuring seamless follow-ups and action points. - Pipeline & CRM Management:
• Maintain up-to-date records of all prospective clients and lead activity in Pipedrive.
• Perform regular CRM hygiene checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Sales Operations & Reporting:
• Prepare detailed notes from meetings, capturing essential information and next steps.
• Support weekly revenue stand-up meetings, monitoring progress against set goals and objectives.
To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be highly organized with a keen eye for detail, and have proficiency in using CRM tools such as Pipedrive. Additionally, you should demonstrate a proactive approach, driven nature, and eagerness to learn and grow within the field of enterprise sales.
