Job Title: Business Coach Cum Sales Professional

Description:

This part-time contract requires a dynamic sales professional and business coach to drive growth. Ideal candidates have strong one-on-one selling skills, a proven track record in high-ticket products or services, and robust systems across marketing, sales, operations, and business finance.

The role involves conducting business coaching sessions and sales activities to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Coaching: Provide tailored coaching to business owners to build robust systems across various functions.
  • Sales Activities: Engage clients, drive attendance, and ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Client Upsells/Renewals: Act as a program guide, close high-ticket sales, and build relationships for client renewals and referrals.
  • Pre-Sales Nurturing: Understand clients' businesses, drive engagement, and ensure successful event execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in high-ticket sales, strong one-on-one sales skills, and consultative approaches.
  • Coaching/Training Experience: Deliver coaching/training sessions, understand MSME challenges, and knowledge of industries such as manufacturing, services, retail, and more.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage campaigns, and drive client engagement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with MSME businesses and industries.
  • Additional Skills: Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and task management capabilities.
